Everyone's favourite royal fashion plate, Catherine Duchess of Cambridge, stepped out in one of spring's biggest must-haves: a peplum. Kate donned a trim teal suit by L.K. Bennett, maker of those ubiquitous beige heels and some of the duchess' many coats, to visit De Montefort University in Leicester on the first day of Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee tour. Her felt hat is by British milliner James Lock.
