Adolf Hitler’s long-lost collection of paintings discovered

A piece of lost German artwork stolen during World War II, recovered last year (AP/Michael Sohn)A Czech historian has discovered a long-lost collection of paintings belonging to Adolf Hitler. The Telegraph reports that the unearthed works of art include a "massive" painting entitled "Memories of Stalingrad." Even though the battle of Stalingrad was one of the German army's most brutal defeats in World War II, the painting is said to have been one of Hitler's favorites.

For a happier relationship, try actually doing stuff you love

My boyfriend and I are currently sailing around the southern coast of Australia on a Silversea cruise ship that started out in Auckland. For almost three weeks, we have been wined and dined, pampered and indulged. We have a butler, and he regularly brings us shrimp cocktail and chocolate chip cookies. The entire crew knows our names, and when they're not busy they happily chat with us about what it's like to see the entire world from a cruise ship. We sleep with the doors open to the saltwater air, and we particularly love standing over the bow of the ship with pre-dinner coupes of Champagne. A number of people on the boat are over the age of 65, and we have enjoyed the grandparent-like attention. When I got a sunburn despite diligent application of the onboard boutique's finest suntan lotion, it was a ship-wide scandal; I'm surprised no one threatened to call my mother.

Climbing Mount Everest Costs More Than a Sports Car

Have you ever dreamt of one day climbing Mount Everest, if only you could muster the guts to attempt it? Well, a thirst for adventure isn't all you'll need. The journey to Earth's highest summit also requires a considerable wad of cash -- more than most people might think.

Experienced climber Alan Arnette of Outside magazine outlined the different options for ascending the highest Himalayan peak. Those options are as follows: go it alone and put together your own expedition, join a logistics-only expedition, or, the priciest route, join a fully-guided expedition

9 Things You Should Never Buy at the Supermarket

Some things should not go in your cart.

While most grocery store products are perfectly fine to buy, there are a few things you should avoid due to poor quality or exorbitant pricing. Here we reveal nine items we recommend you buy elsewhere.

1. Pre-ground coffee
It sounds crazy, but buying pre-ground coffee can really put a dent in your grocery-shopping budget. The markup is tremendous! Luckily, many supermarkets offer great deals on whole coffee beans that can be ground right there. Another option: hit the nearby big-box store for some large cans. That's where you'll get the best bang for your buck.

Lana Del Rey channels Julia Roberts’s red dress from ‘Pretty Woman’

Lana Del Rey looked like a pretty woman at the BRIT Awards on Tuesday night.

The "Video Games" singer wore a poppy red, floor-length Vivienne Westwood gown that recalled Julia Roberts's famous red dress from "Pretty Woman."

The two dresses share not only the same colour palette, they also boast a plunging dart neckline, off-shoulder sleeves, and a gathered waist.

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron get cute on “Ellen”

They make sweet music together but that doesn't mean that Taylor Swift and Zac Efron are a couple.

While on a press tour promoting their new animated flick, "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax," Swift and Efron stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to sing DeGeneres a song and deny that they're a couple.

A Quicker Way to Clean House

A few years ago, I found out that I've been cleaning all wrong. I was in a hotel room, when a maid came in and sprayed a solution on every surface…and then left. Right when I thought she'd forgotten, she returned. She wiped for less than two minutes with a thin dry cloth, and the whole place sparkled. It had, frankly, never occurred to me to let one solution do all the work, so I asked her what she'd used. It was something called Butcher's Bath Mate-an industry standby.

Pro cleaners have brilliant tricks to get the job done. We asked three pros to school us.

Victoria Beckham vs. Michelle Williams

Singer-turned-designer Victoria Beckham is a winner either way today! The former Spice Girl and Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Williams were both snapped wearing the same flirty frock from Victoria's new, more moderately-priced line of dresses (still a hefty $435 to $1,250), called Victoria by Victoria Beckham, five months apart. Now let's decide which of the lovely ladies wore it better!

Babies understand what you're saying at six months old

Just because they can’t talk back, doesn’t mean they don’t know what you’re saying.

Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania have discovered that infants between the ages of six and nine months can grasp meanings of common words long before they can speak them.

"I think it’s surprising in the sense that the kids at this age aren’t saying anything, they’re not pointing, they’re not walking," said Elika Bergelson, one of the researchers. "But actually, under the surface, they’re trying to put together the things in the world with the words that go with them.”

Want a Promotion? Change Your Name

Parents wanting to give their children a leg up in the workforce can start early by giving them a simple name like Michael, Tom, Jane or Mary, new research suggests.

A study by professors at the University of Melbourne and New York University revealed that people with simple, easy-to-pronounce names were more likely to be favored for a promotion at work.

"The effect is not due merely to the length of a name or how foreign-sounding or unusual it is, but rather how easy it is to pronounce," said Simon Laham, the study's lead author from the University of Melbourne
