The popular men's website released its annual list of the "Top 99 Most Desirable Women" and the "Gossip Girl" star topped the list of beauties.

The website credits the 23-year-old's "unusual amount of dignity and composure," her performance in last year's "The Town" and her upcoming role opposite Ryan Reynolds in "Green Lantern" for landing her the coveted honor.
"Black Swan's" Mila Kunis came in second place, with "Modern Family's" Sofia Vergara taking third. Supermodel Selita Ebanks and new mom and Orlando Bloom's wife, Miranda Kerr, rounded out the top five, respectively.
