Victoria Beckham is trading in her signature stilettos for some comfy flats. The fashion favourite, who is set to show at New York Fashion Week this fall, has reportedly ruptured a disk causing severe back pain that prevents her from wearing those sky high heels and even lifting her new baby girl Harper Seven Beckham. Just over a month after giving birth, Beckham has been ordered to skip the extra four inches and keep her footwear choices closer to earth. Whether she's switched her Christian Louboutins for Crocs is a mystery to us but we hope to see the healthy and bubbly star in only a few weeks time.
